In 2020 Twitter launched Fleets, Twitter’s version of “Stories” which enabled full-screen ephemeral posts allowing customers to express themselves without the pressure of posting permanent content. Fleets expanded their creative tool offering beyond text with Fleet Stickers, allowing for easy, culturally relevant customer expression to encourage conversation.
